Key Job details:
- Collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions
- Helps clients and organizations by boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, and more
- Responsible for the accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
- Required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor
- You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
- Managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices
- Responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
