Job Description
- Scoping and delivery of product features to solve business & customer problems
- Analyzing competitors, and benchmarking our offering
- Research & analysis on potential new features we can build
- Identify process improvement areas & configure workflows in various software to achieve more efficiency
- Support the Product team on business-as-usual tasks
- Writing user guides and making customer demo videos
- Define and track key product metrics to improve them

- Being highly logical as well as someone who can think creatively

- Studying/graduating from a top university
