- Demonstrated ability to handle a large number of incidents via. Any ITSM tool
- PingFederate new connection creation, Knowledge about SAML and OATH
- Ability to implement, and troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services for Azure AD
- The candidate will be highly experienced with Ping or Azure Federation architecture and solution design for integration with applications, platforms, and systems enterprise-wide on a global scale
- Proven solid experience as Ping ID suite MFA subject matter expert consulting with many internal application owners and sponsors on integration design in support of the enterprise MFA program running migration programs.
Eligibility and Skills:
- Flexibility to work in shifts on a rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA, and ASIA PAC regions 24*7
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience, and a desire for professional excellence
- An ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential
