As a Workflow Associate, you will coordinate DRS research workflow across 1-2 industries with customer service excellence, accuracy, and organization.

You will manage the daily workflow with an increasing level of independence, making sure capacities are managed optimally and, in a business-focused manner.

You will set the tone and expectation for the customer, from beginning to assigning of the work.

With directions from DRS management, you will match available capacity to request inflow, ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills, and language capabilities

Whilst building a solid understanding of the research workflow process and developing a sound understanding of BCG’s internal capabilities, you will cooperate with other DRS offices and team members to optimize capacity development

You will have strong communication skills and feel confident managing customer/stakeholder expectations
Eligibility
- 0-1 years of relevant experience and general interest in business research
- Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
- Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment is very desirable
- Experience in secondary research is desirable
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Well-developed communication skills in English
