- General Management:
- Responsible for smooth functioning of all client visits
- Procurement & Vendor Relations:
- Help scrutinise prospect(s), select the right vendor, monitor their performance & communicate constantly
- Billing & Finance:
- Liaise with the AP team to ensure all the documents needed to execute a payment are as per policy and delivered on time for timely remittances.
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams.
- Collaborate with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.
- Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (process design, technology enhancements, process standardization, etc.).

Mphasis Trainee
- The role involves providing 24 7 support customer support across phone, chat and webcase for a global client.
- The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service.
- Prior work experience in a contact center back office environment would be an advantage.
- CSA Responsibilities: Process Knowledge Ensure detailed knowledge of the products and services offered. Should be able to take ownership of customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Typing speed – Good typing speed of 35 WMP with a 80 accuracy is preferred. Customer Service Orientation Should have a good understanding of customer service.
- Should have good listening skills, attention to detail and ability to provide right help and guidance to the customer.
Wipro Associate
- Should be strong psychologically to ensure candidate is able to work on the same for long hours during the day without much impact
- Should have basic/understanding knowledge of Adwords and AdSense
- Should have an eye for easily spotting the above Content on a Video
