Key Job details:
- Provide IT Support in a mixed Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows 10, and Linux environment
- Manage the IT Helpdesk ticket queue using the JIRA Service Desk
- Administer G-Suite, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and other corporate platforms
- Manage the new hire onboarding process: set-up accounts and equipment for new employees and provide user training
- Provide meeting, A/V, and VoIP support
- Document and update IT processes, while trying to find holes in them
- Have familiarity with using a ticketing system to manage and solve IT issues (JIRA preferred)
- Manage our local and remote printers

Eligibility and skills:
- BS in a technical major preferred
- 0-2 years of Desktop Support in a Mac/Windows environment (we are 75% Mac)
- Some experience using an MDM solution – preferably JAMF and/or Airwatch
- Knowledge in anti-virus/malware solutions
- Ability to excel in high growth, a team-focused company with minimal day to day supervision
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom & Hangouts Meet Preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and great attention to detail
