- Participate and assist the team, in requirements gathering Understand industry / SAP standard processes and compare with customer process and help the team.
- Update knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository
- Create knowledge articles on the problem, workaround solutions.
- Maintain a knowledge management database.
- Support the team for the following activities, while ramping up own knowledge of processes/methodology
- Conduct a pilot of the solution developed.
- Conduct system testing based on the scenarios.
- Document the design/blueprint/functional specifications of the solution based on guidance from Senior Consultants / Team Lead.
