Job Description

  • Respond to sales rep via cases by providing & suggesting relevant customer company and agency hierarchies. Make need based changes in assignment; resolving roll-up and pod assignment problems.
  • Consulting on other issues related to assignment and company/agency hierarchies.
  • Respond to internal customers by answering relevant company roll-up questions; suggesting company names as per Chief Compliance and other policies making live changes in tool if required/requested- only on receiving confirmation from sales rep
  • Resolve sales rep problems/requests by clarifying the sales reps complaint/request; determining the cause of the request; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the request; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
