Key Job details:

  • As a Help desk analyst, he/she will provide a resolution to the inquiries by performing the incident management, which will include.
  • Recording, classification, and initial support
  • Investigation and diagnosis, resolution, and closure, while maintaining ownership throughout.
  • Issue isolation and recording include the gathering of appropriate problem descriptions, user information, determining the component of the application determining severity level, and more by entering this information into the CSG defect tracking system.
  • Maintaining ownership includes providing timely feedback to the user until the user’s needs are satisfied or until issue ownership is transferred.
  • Resolution includes performing the functions to fix the issues by diagnosing and investigating to answer the questions or escalating within the ISC.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • On behalf of our internal users Serve as the first point of contact for Incident Management
  • Handling the issues while incoming calls, email or e-support
  • Knowledge in troubleshoot/research basic ticket types
  • Providing high-level customer service
  • Professionally handling all the contacts
  • Escalating issues that are beyond their scope to ISC Analyst II or III
  • knowledge in performing basic configuration and maintenance

Eligibility and Personal skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Utilizing good time management skills

Rotating Shifts

  • 3 am-12 pm M-F
  • 1 am-8 pm M-F
  • 7 pm-4 am M-F
