Key Job details:
- Troubleshoot/Diagnose all Level 1/2 issues from the customers and driving satisfactory resolution of the issues.
- Troubleshoot Product, Codes, and Configuration issues
- Document all communication with customers in the CRM
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Interface with international customers
- Timely handoff (escalation) of cases that require technical or political to L2/L3 TAC
Eligibility and Skills:
- Fresher / Entry Level
- Bachelor of Engineering (EEE, ECE, IT) (2020 Pass out)
- Networking: Routing, switching, DNS, DHCP
- Should have scored 70% in previous semesters
- Should be flexible to work in Night shifts
