Key Job Details:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating the invoices and applying the receipts
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and contracts
- Preparing AR reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities and inquiries relating to billing
- Interacting with stakeholders regarding billing-related queries
- Follow-up open AR with accounts managers.
Eligibility and Skills:
- B. Com
- 0-3 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of invoicing and AR process
- Paying attention to detail.
- Understanding the contract terms and clauses
- Basic accounting skills
- Accuracy and consistently error-free work
- Good team player who can collaborate with other departments
