Key Job details:
- Expert knowledge Microfocus/HP OO. Version 10.20 or later
- Must have knowledge on Microfocus/HP OO integration experience (To ITSM modules)
- Expert knowledge of Microfocus/HP OO installation and administration
- Good knowledge of custom workflows with user-created operations
- Basic understanding of AWS services and architecture (more specifically Code Deploy, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS & Dynamo DB)
- Demonstrated ability to create and consume web services (REST/SOAP)
- Demonstrated ability to configure workflows in tools such as HP Operations Orchestration
- Strong knowledge of ITSM/ticketing systems (ServiceNow, CA Service Desk, Remedy, Cherwell)
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and apply it quickly
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework V-3.0
Eligibility and Skill:
- Fresher with basic understanding and exposure to java and angular development
- Leading in the continuous improvement of the scrum team
- Active participation in the refinement of the teams’ backlog
- Eager to learn
