Job Description
- Conduct research and analysis on the latest trends in software applications and automation.
- Support the team in evaluating business processes and gathering requirements.
- Assist in preparing project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Requirement Specifications (SRSs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), and User Stories.
- Collaborate with the team to identify root causes and propose potential solutions.
- Support the development team in implementing solutions and ensuring successful delivery.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, create reports on project progress, and contribute to sprint review and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Assist in creating process models, specifications, and diagrams to provide guidance to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital transformation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to meeting business needs and requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate ( BBA, B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc Preferred)
- Strong academic performance
- Relevant certifications or coursework in business analysis, project management, or related areas would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and activity diagram tools such as Lucidchart, Axure, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Visio.
- Exposure to project management tools like Jira, DevOps, and Confluence.
- Basic coding skills and exposure to software application development tools.
