- Troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledge base
- Remote desktop troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex incidents
- US shifts and rotational offs
- Basic Computer Knowledge/ Computer Fundamentals
Qualification
- Any Graduate fresher/UG with Technical Voice BPO Exp
- Flexibility to deal with operational needs

- Excellent Communication skills
