Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end operational workflows, including
scheduling, logistics, content creation, and participant communication. - Design and develop visually appealing presentations and materials using Canva or
similar tools. - Use Google Sheets to manage schedules, track participation, monitor performance,
and generate insights for operational improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, content) to ensure
operations align with business objectives. - Manage webinar platforms, including technical setups, live broadcasting, recording,
and post-event analysis. - Handle customer support inquiries across channels (email, chat, phone), ensuring
the timely resolution of issues. - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to optimize strategies and enhance
efficiency. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and
effective operations.
Eligibility
- Experience: Proven experience in conducting or managing webinars, customer
support operations, or other workflows, with a solid understanding of coordination
processes. - Design Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging presentations on Canva or similar
design platforms. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively
manage operations, customer queries, and stakeholder engagement. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in webinar platforms like Zoom Webinars,
GoToWebinar, WebEx, or similar tools. Understanding of webinar technology,
including audio/video setups, live streaming, and troubleshooting. - Customer Support Skills: Experience in handling customer queries via email, chat,
or phone. Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction.

The interview process at Scalex typically comprises three rounds, starting with a technical assessment, One-on-One round, proceeding to a Managerial or HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Application Screening: After submitting your application, the recruitment team reviews your resume to assess your educational background, relevant internships or work experience, analytical skills, and familiarity with operations, data analysis, or process management. Candidates whose profiles match the role are contacted for the next stage.
2. Recruiter / HR Screening: The first interview is usually a 20–30 minute conversation with a recruiter or HR representative. This round focuses on understanding your background, career goals, interest in operations, and motivation for joining Scalex. You may also discuss your notice period, salary expectations, work location preferences, and availability.
3. Operations Assessment or Case Study: Many candidates are asked to complete a practical assessment or case study designed to evaluate their analytical and operational thinking. The exercise may involve analyzing business or operational data, identifying inefficiencies in a process, interpreting spreadsheets, preparing reports, or recommending process improvements. Basic Excel skills such as formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and data analysis are often useful.
4. Operations / Hiring Manager Interview: This round is conducted by an Operations Manager or team lead and focuses on your ability to handle operational challenges. Interviewers typically discuss your previous projects, experience with data analysis, process optimization, reporting, and coordination across teams. You may also be given scenario-based questions that assess your decision-making, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach.
5. Final HR Interview: The final stage usually evaluates your overall fit with the company and team. The discussion often includes behavioral questions, your strengths and areas for improvement, long-term career goals, willingness to work in different shifts if required, and expectations regarding compensation. The interviewer also explains company policies, work culture, and the next steps in the hiring process.
