Job Description:

• Customer Management.
• Responsible for new customer account set up and modifications.
• Works individually within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System (Salesforce) to maintain customer and project information.
• Manages our customer survey process.
• As needed, coordinates with other division departments toresolve issues with customers and retain high satisfaction levels.
• We provide transactional and digital Opportunity-to-Cash services from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments
• We support Siemens businesses in driving top-line growth,profitability, cash conversion and customer intimacy
• We are increasing efficiency across different businesses through process re engineering,simplification, digital services and Opportunity-to-Cash integration
• We act as one global team, jointly delivering maximum value to our customers as the trusted Partner of Choice by driving E2E processes and digital transformation in an entrepreneurial way

Eligibility

• Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global product catalogue for internal customers in accordance with the company regulations and guidelines. Receive customer calls and register notification in the ERM tool, Dispatch of Engineers, Upload Engineer Productive hours, Notification closure & NPS Survey.
• Performing the assigned tasks on a timely manner with highest standards of quality.
• Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
• Complete reporting of handled activities on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).
• Adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions on a daily basis.
• Flexible to work ins hifts and during month ends.

Skills

• Higher Secondary School Certificate required.
• Prefer experience supporting a sales team in constructionor engineering.
• 0-3 Years of work experience
• Good communication skills and knowledge.
• Fluency in English language with good accent and apresentable voice.
