Job Description
- Declare the staff in the different tools (e.g. Gershwin, Pulsar)
- Process and analyse the access requests on the perimeters Arpege, MAIA
- Manage the tools accesses in some business applications
- Provide assistance to users as a level 1 help-desk on habilitations incidents
- Responsible for Pre-pay Audit for assigned regions
- Processing o staff claim
- Handle customer queries (emails)
- Operational Accounting, Reconciliations and Controls
- 50% – 60% level of autonomy required to perform the tasks
- Daily interaction with PTP team
- Work timing based on region and varies from high to medium complex tasks
Eligibility
- Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong ability to process requests and solve claims in a timely manner
- Strong ability to attentive listening and proactive proposal French proficiency Ability to work in an international environment.
- Coordinate publication of global reporting to IT Management – Ensure the operational controls and related permanent controls
- Verbal & written communications skills, Team Player, Ability to work with the team as a team player.
- Equivalent educational qualification
- MS Excel,People Soft ,MS Visio,Email Writing skills
- Good understanding about Accounting,
- month end process
- Experience into fixed asset module
- Good interpersonal skills and communication
