Job details
- To develop, implement and monitor systematic tools to address challenges that pace the Unit and develop solutions and offer options that translate desired objectives to implementable and measurable process steps
- Prepare and monitor Collections MIS & Billing for consumer assets and identify opportunities of process improvements
- Responsible for timely delivery MIS reports to business on daily basis and ensure highest accuracy in agency billing and employee incentives
- Generating insights/trends from the allocation/resolution data month on month
- Serving ad-hoc data requirement from business. Creating the analytical dashboards as per business needs.
Eligibility
- Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
- Tracking the effectiveness of ongoing strategies and suggesting pockets of improvements
- Develop automation of processes to improve quality & reduce TAT
- Suggesting best ways to harness bureau data and derive insights out of it for higher resolutions
