Selection and Interview Process at TCS
The interview process at TCS typically comprises three rounds, starting with a Online Test, Technical/Managerial Interview and proceeding to final HR interview.
1. Screen and interview: Once you’ve submitted your application, a recruiter will assess your qualifications. If your profile aligns with the role, you’ll be contacted to schedule a phone, video, or in-person interview, depending on the position and location. The recruiter will then share detailed guidance on the next steps in the hiring process.
