Key Job details:
- Involvement in the Onboarding Process of freelancers starting from follow-ups, welcome emails, and exit formalities.
- Freelancers interaction and coordination through calls.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team, and departmental objectives.
- Take ownership of queries and proactively following up for resolution.
- 100% adherence to all policies and procedures while communicating with internal (Business / SME’s/ Team) as well as external (Freelancers).
- Drafting of MIS reports and Product Training.
- Comfortable working with the new technological tool.
- Sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
Eligibility and Skills:
- Enthusiasm to work in a challenging environment and meeting hard deadlines.
- Experience in government based exam will be an added advantage
- Very good oral and verbal communication and Positive Attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in government exams will be preferable.
