Role 1: Programmer Trainee
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics.
- Monitoring (Batch/Mailbox/ITSM tools/Applications),
- Execute batch jobs, verify batch results/log files, create ITSM tickets, triage Incident/service requests.
- Resolve tickets using Known Error Database / Knowledge Management information,
- Provide data fixes for batch and online,
- 2019, 2020, 2021 batch of BCA, B.C.S., B.I.S.M., B. Sc. – IT / Computer Science /Computer Technology / Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Electronics/Multimedia courses/Electronics/ Statistics /Animation. PG courses are not eligible.

Role 2: Programmer Analyst
- Understand interpret and clarify functional requirements as well as technical requirements and requirement standards for the project.
- Able to provide effort and timeline for the task assigned.
- Improve core skills to move up the learning curve in the indentified area of expertise.

- Analyze and identify impact of specifications.
