Job Description
- Co-ordinate, follow up and schedule candidates for the interview process
- Drive data collection, analysis and management decision inducing reporting in a frequent and timely manner
- Operational tracking and reporting where required
- Develop a good understanding of key TA functions and business impact
- Gain knowledge about processes and tools used for driving TA initiatives
- Maintain and update records in the database as required.
- Support various initiatives with respect to smooth execution, monitoring, analyzing and tracking the outcomes
Eligibility
- B .Com (Any Specialization)
- B.A. (Any Specialization)
- BBA / BBM / BBS (Any Specialization) Minimum
- MBA / PGDM / MMS (Human Resource)
