- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, interpretation, and evaluation of information related to provider licensure and continuing medical education (CME) requirements across the United States.
- Application Management: Prepare and complete licensure and payor enrollment applications accurately and efficiently on behalf of CertifyOS customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise, and comprehensive guideline documents for internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth credentialing processes.
- Data Validation: Validate and authenticate provider information on the licensing platform, maintaining 100% accuracy and ensuring all data aligns with state and federal requirements.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams and assist with ad hoc projects as needed to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
