- Responsible for level two support and delivery of software and services-based solutions that enable our clients
- Capture, manage, generate and optimize revenue, strengthen customer relationships and exploit emerging
- Test and deploy new functionality and fixes to both internal and production applications.
- Assist with integration and system testers to successfully test/correct software.
- Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, or product support people.
- Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to appropriate teams.
- Work with various IT departments on product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting and department documentation and more.
Eligibility and skills:
- 1 – 3 years working in the IT industry or equivalent
- Provide off-hours support as needed.
