- Responsible for delivering IRI – reports which are based on the POS (*Point Of Sale) data, ensuring the client-defined standards on data quality & aesthetics
- Build topline reports using advanced Excel capabilities ensuring client standards and timelines
- Use Advanced Excel capabilities like pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and graphing to streamline reporting
- Engage the client with value-added activities that can bring forth customer satisfaction and simplify the process
- Active participation in the internal project and any problem-solving discussions
- Effective communication skills and active interactions with GOC management and Clients
- Disseminating knowledge within the team and entire group
