- Management Trainee is the entry-level position in the Account Management department with a focus on learning the ropes of the business, the company, and the industry.
- Under close supervision and guidance, works within narrowly defined limits and authority on assignments of low complexity.
- Possesses basic functional knowledge and skills reflective of study and/or on job development.
Eligibility and Skills
- Research about market online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knows competition and how to gather key competitive data and materials.
- Follow up by phone, email, and in-person on quotes and proposals sent, if required.
- Passion for and knowledge of current and emerging trends in business.
- Two internship experiences.
- Passionate about the Client’s business and becomes extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of it.
- Maintain the necessary documentation and MIS.
- Provide necessary support to the team.
