- Work on proactive retention strategies, exit management, employee communication and MIS and reporting towards achievement of business.
- Interaction with Business Manager to understand the business need and status update.
- To perform Data Management and MIS for various internal and external reviews.
- Bachelor of Arts, BBA, B-Tech, MBA, Others

Role 2: Software Engineer/Graduate Engineer
- Hiring brightest of minds and Freshers from Tier 1 Institutes such as IITs and NITs for multiple strategic roles across
- B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, M.E
- 60% and above in academics (10th ,12th, Graduation and Post Graduation all individually).
- There should be no Back log at the time of applying.

- To maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers
- To resolve tickets within the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time ( AHT), rejected resolutions, or Reopen Cases
- To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent, Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements, and company policies
