Job Description
- Collaborate with passionate peers and receive both formal training, as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager dynamic and supportive work environment – employees, are at the center, we value every individual and support initiatives, promoting agility and work/life balance
- Be responsible for building advanced analytic (ML/AI/Optimization) algorithms within a Data Science program and working with Business Partners and Friends of Data Science to insert algorithms into business processes and activate them directly with the business
Eligibility
- We look for leaders with strong academic results in a Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Applied Science or another quant-focused field.
- Proven use of machine learning, statistical modeling or econometrics in current role
- Possess strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with people from different functions, backgrounds, and experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action
- Proven capability to handle multiple priorities
