Job Description

Eligibility

Selection and Interview Process at Zowork
The interview process at Zowork typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Online Assessment: The first stage is usually an online coding assessment lasting 60–120 minutes. The test commonly includes programming questions based on data structures and algorithms, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and basic computer science concepts. Candidates are expected to write efficient and correct code in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
2. Technical Interview: Candidates who perform well in the assessment are invited to one or two technical interview rounds. Interviewers assess problem-solving skills through live coding exercises and ask questions on data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, time and space complexity, recursion, arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, and sorting and searching techniques.
