Job Description
- Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
- Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
- Anyone regional language with English fine
- Typing skills of 25 WPM and 85% accuracy.
- Passionate towards serving the customer and displays high levels of customer obsession
- Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- 0-2 Years of work exprience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Open to work in rotational and night shifts its WFH Contract role
- Candidate should have there own Laptop / Desktop
- Any candidate with more than six months of Domestic BPO experience would be considered (Fresher’s can apply).
